General conditions of sale
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) apply to all sales concluded by the company Golding Glow with its customers via its website www.goldingglow.com
Article 1 - Purpose
The purpose of the General Terms and Conditions is to define the conditions under which the company Golding Glow sells its products to customers via its website.
Article 2 - Products
The products offered for sale on the Golding Glow website are natural, reusable skincare products. The products are made from organic and fair-trade ingredients.
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the Golding Glow website.
Article 3 - Price
Product prices are listed in euros, excluding taxes (HT) and including all taxes (TTC). Delivery charges are listed as an additional charge.
Prices are subject to change at any time. Products are invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is validated.
Article 4 - Order
The order is placed by the customer on the Golding Glow website. To place an order, the customer must create an account on the Golding Glow website.
The customer must fill in the mandatory fields on the order form and confirm their order by clicking on the “confirm” button.
The order is validated when the customer receives an order confirmation email from Golding Glow.
Article 5 - Payment
Payment for the order is made by credit card.

Article 8 - Guarantee
In accordance with current legislation, the products offered on our site benefit from the legal guarantee (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery, as well as the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
However, due to the nature of cosmetic products, this guarantee does not apply in the following cases:
- the product has been opened, used or altered,
- the Period After Opening (PAO) or the Minimum Durability Date (MDD) has passed,
- the product has been poorly stored (exposure to heat, humidity, poor closure, etc.),
- the damage is due to use not in accordance with the recommendations.
The warranty only applies in the event of:
- manufacturing defect noted upon receipt,
- non-conformity of the product with the order (reference error, packaging problem, etc.).
In these cases, the customer is invited to contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt to request a replacement or refund, subject to availability.
Article 9 - Liability
Golding Glow is liable for damage caused by its products under the conditions provided by law.
Article 10 - Confidentiality
Golding Glow is committed to respecting the confidentiality of the customer's personal data.
The customer's personal data is collected and processed by Golding Glow as part of order management.
The customer's personal data is kept for a period of 5 years from the date of the order.

Return and Refund Policy
📦 Package not collected from relay point
If your package is returned to us because it was not collected on time, a credit note (store credit) will automatically be issued to you, deducted from the shipping costs incurred .
This credit can be used on our entire store without time limit.
⏳ Return deadline
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or refund .
After this deadline, we will unfortunately not be able to accept your request.

I lost my password, what should I do?

I would like to recover my invoices, what should I do?

When will my order be delivered?
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. However, we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays, so if you order on Friday evening or during the weekend, your order will not be processed until Monday morning.
I would like to cancel/change my address/modify my order?
Cancellation : It's possible, but speed is key. We can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped. Once it's shipped, we no longer have control over it, so we won't be able to cancel it.
Modifying the products in the order : It is not possible to modify the products in an order once it has been placed. You will then be able to reorder with the correct products.

Currently, we deliver to mainland France , overseas , Belgium , Luxembourg and Switzerland .
Is it possible to get a refund for my order?
We do not offer a refund service.
If you have changed your mind about your order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a credit for your next order.
Please ensure the item is in its original condition and has not been opened or used.
How to make a return?
Please note that we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. However, it is important to note that the return shipping costs are your responsibility.
The product must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging.
You must send an email to customer service: goldingglow.contact@gmail.com with your first and last name, order number and the reason for return.
Once you receive the “good for return” confirmation email from customer service, you will need to include in your second email: the number of the order concerned for the return and your contact details.
