I lost my password, what should I do?

When you log in, you can check “forgotten password” and you will receive an email within minutes allowing you to define your new password.

I can't log in to my account?

It's quite possible that you haven't created an account with us yet, even if you've already ordered online. All you need to do is create your account (it takes less than a minute). To do this, click on the "Log in" tab at the top right and then click on "Create an account."

How do I subscribe to the newsletter?

You can subscribe to our newsletter from the website's homepage at the bottom right: enter your email address directly in the box provided and click OK. You will then be regularly informed of our news and events, and will also be able to benefit from personalized offers.

How to unsubscribe from the newsletter?

You can unsubscribe from our newsletters by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter you receive.

I would like to recover my invoices, what should I do?

You can retrieve this invoice directly through our website by logging into your account. Once logged in, click on the "My Orders" section, then click on the desired order number.

What do you do with my personal data?

The information you provide to process your order is used solely within the context of our business relationship. Under no circumstances will this information be shared with third parties or sold.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access and rectify personal data concerning you.

Your credit card details are used only for payment processing with our secure payment partner, Shopify Payments. We do not store any of your banking information.

My order

When will my order be delivered?

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. However, we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays, so if you order on Friday evening or during the weekend, your order will not be processed until Monday morning.

I would like to cancel/change my address/modify my order?

Cancellation : It's possible, but speed is key. We can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped. Please write to us as soon as possible at goldingglow.contact@gmail.com (specifying URGENT in the subject line). Once it's shipped, we no longer have control over it, so we won't be able to cancel it.

Modifying the products in the order : It is not possible to modify the products in an order once it has been placed. The only way to modify your order is to cancel it before it is shipped (to do this, write to us as soon as possible at goldingglow.contact@gmail.com , specifying URGENT in the subject of the email). You will then be able to reorder with the correct products.

Changing your address : It's possible, but speed is key. We can change the address on your order as long as it hasn't been shipped. Once it's shipped, we no longer have control over it, so we won't be able to change it.

I don't have a tracking number, what should I do?

Emails sometimes end up in spam, so be sure to check your spam folder.

My package is marked as delivered but I haven't received it, what should I do?

We encourage you to first check with your neighbors or caretaker to see if they have received it for you.

If this is not the case, contact us at goldingglow.contact@gmail.com and we will find a solution!

Which countries do you deliver to?

Currently, we deliver to mainland France , overseas , Belgium , Luxembourg and Switzerland .

Returns and refunds

Is it possible to get a refund for my order?

We do not offer a refund service.

If you have changed your mind about your order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a credit for your next order.

Please ensure the item is in its original condition and has not been opened or used.

How to make a return?

Please note that we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. However, it is important to note that the return shipping costs are your responsibility.

The product must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging.

You must send an email to customer service: goldingglow.contact@gmail.com with your first and last name, order number and the reason for return.

Once you receive the “good for return” confirmation email from customer service, you will need to include in your second email: the number of the order concerned for the return and your contact details.
